Flowers welcome and donations may be left at the service to Alzheimer's Society.
Funeral service at Chanterland's Crematorium Large Chapel at 11:30 on Thursday 16th October, followed by the internment at Priory Woods Cemetery, Priory Road.
Please join us for the wake at YPI, Chanterlands Avenue. Tea and coffee will be available for those not attending the internment.
